We offer classes to small groups (some restrictions apply)
Our currently offered classes are:
Balloon Basics – an introduction to the art of twisting air
Magic for beginners – what is magic and why is it so entertaining
The History of Clown – Clowns weren’t always scary
We can also share any of our skills and create a learning experience for you to grow!
Balloon Basics 1 (BB-1) teaches proper tying techniques, the basic twists and how to put them together to make 6 – 12 simple balloon animals
Balloon Basics 2 (BB-2) adds to the techniques learned in BB-1 by adding more difficult combinations of twists as well as adding more balloons to make bigger and more detailed creations.
Balloon Basics 3 (BB-3) takes everything learned and discusses balloon caricatures and how to twist balloon creations from pictures.
Magic Classes for Beginers
Magic with everyday objects – teaches how to perform magic using everyday objects like rubber bands, paper clips, Styrofoam cups and how to walk through a single piece of paper.
Magic with entry level illusions – this class includes a magic kit custom created to include usable (not toy magic) illusions to start making your very own magic show to perform for friends and family.
We also offer consultations with anyone who has taken both classes on how to proceed in the art of the magician including where to get larger and more impressive illusions
The History of Clowns
we offer not just a basic what is a clown, why media only focuses on scary clowns, and the difference in the various clown types. This class covers the connections with court jesters, how the character of Uncle Sam is connected to modern clowns and how clowning is different in other parts of the world. Famous clowns in our recent history and how clown art fits with modern comedy on television and stage.
~Employment Opportunities~
We are currently offering summer (paid) internships to High school students (junior/seniors) to travel with us during our summer county fair shows! Work with children, learn about the business of children’s entertainment and make money while enjoying the summer fairs!
We will train interested candidates in the job as well as the skills used in operating a small business and everything involved in the process, if the candidate is interested in continuing with solo entrepreneurship.
